Delinio accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Checks and money orders should be made out to: Delinio, Inc.
How much do plans cost? Plan prices are based on the "air-conditioned" square footage of that particular home plan. You'll find the air-conditioned footage listed in each home plan's "More Info" link. Larger homes traditionally require more initial production time, as well as additional printing and shipping costs. Keep in mind, prices are "As is" and are not reflective of orders requiring customization or orders requesting additional plan sets or extras.
How soon can I receive my order? Our goal is to ship plans within four (4) business days of receiving the order. Occasionally, a plan may require extra time to prepare for shipment. Please call or email customer service for current shipping times. Shipping will be done by Federal Express 2-day and is included in the price. Should you require us to expedite the shipment, we will ask that you pay the additional shipping costs along with your order.

Preview sets will be sent out within 1 business day, via email.

Orders requesting additional services, i.e. plan customization, color renderings, site feasibility studies, etc. may take up to four weeks, depending on the extent of work.
May I make changes to the plan(s)? Delinio's goal is to have designed a portfolio of home plans to satisfy a wide range of needs. However, we understand slight modifications to a plan may turn a nice home into a perfect home for you. Modifications can include, and are not limited to, adding garage bays, attic finish-out, slightly increasing or decreasing square footage, and changing exterior finishes.

Should you feel it necessary to customize your plan, you will need to contact one of our representatives to study the feasibility of your request and determine the fees involved.
May I return the plans I purchased? Due to the easily reproducible nature of plan media, only unopened, original shipping plan packaging can be returned for a full refund, and must be done so within 30 days of the original purchase date. A $25 processing charge will be applied to cover media costs. Requesting a preview set to verify the feasibility and your satisfaction with the plan can help avoid this occurrence. If, thereafter, you decide to purchase the respective full plan set , the cost of the preview set will be deducted from the purchase price.
What is included in a Full Plan Set? Foundation/Structural Plans- Due to the wide variety of requirements for foundation and/or framing plans, we do not offer these drawings. States, counties and/or municipalities each mandate whether drawings are required for permit and, specifically, the content required in these drawings. It is most common that the builder you choose will have sufficient knowledge of such requirements and will advise you accordingly. Facilitating the production of these drawings is not in our scope of services, however we will work with your builder or engineer on this matter on a case-by-case scenario. Floor Plans - Fully dimensioned 1/4" = 1'-0" plan(s) showing building layout, including wall, window, and door locations. Floor plans will also typically include cabinet, appliance, and plumbing fixture layouts, door and window sizes, footing, beam, beam pocket, column locations as applicable, and any notes pertaining to the plans. Foundation plans will also include all applicable masonry construction notes.

Roof Plans- 1/8" = 1" 0" roof plan shows roof layout, location of walls below, hip, valley and ridge locations, chimneys, and plate locations and relative plate heights.

Elevations - ALL building elevations at 1/4" = 1'-0" showing floor-to-floor heights, plate heights, and roof pitches. Elevations will also show window & door locations, exterior finish materials, including trim and millwork as applicable. All applicable constructions notes will also be included with the building elevations.

Electrical Layout Plans- _" = 1'-0" plans showing switch and outlet locations, fixture types and locations, smoke detectors with locations, and electrical notes and symbol legend.

Details and Sections - All plan sets will include notes and construction details as they pertain to specific individual plans. Typical details may include deck construction details and notes, notes regarding code issues, wood & steel beam details, and/or other nonstandard building condition details.
What is included in a Preview Plan Set? Preview plan sets include all floor plans and building elevations in a ' Not for Construction' format. Preview set plans show building layout, including overall dimensions, approximate room sizes, wall, window, and door locations as well as cabinet, appliance, and plumbing fixture layouts. Preview sets also include a square footage breakdown. Preview sets will be "not to scale".
In what format will my plans come? Full plan sets are sold in sets of eight and are typically printed on 24" X 36" or 30" x 42" bond.

How many times can I build the plan that I purchased? U.S. and international copyright laws govern and protect the ownership of intellectual property, including architectural works, design concepts, plans, and buildings. As the copyright owner, Delinio, Inc. grants the purchaser of a full set of plans a limited non-exclusive license to build the structure shown in those plans one time at one location only. The purchase of a preview set does not receive such a license. For more information regarding this issue please see our copyright and licensing notices.
Can I get my plans in a digital format? Almost all of the plans found on Delinio have been produced digitally using CADD (Computer Aided Drafting & Design.) Delinio, Inc. does not typically make digital formats available and they cannot be found for sale on the Delinio website. Under special circumstances, Delinio, Inc. may choose to sell or otherwise make available plan sets in a digital format. If you require your plans in a digital format, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly discuss the possibilities.
